We’re partnering with a high-performing, fast-paced and refreshingly quirky business looking for an experienced Travel Manager to lead and grow its UK travel programme.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to make your mark. You’ll manage the day to day travel operation while also shaping strategy, improving processes and finding smarter ways to deliver an exceptional experience for colleagues, candidates and visitors.
What you’ll be doing
*Owning and developing the UK travel programme.
*Managing travel suppliers, relationships and negotiations.
*Overseeing bookings, expenses and day to day travel queries.
*Driving process and system improvements.
*Partnering with teams across the business and global travel function.
*Bringing fresh ideas and helping the programme scale.
What we’re looking for
*7+ years’ Travel Manager experience.
*Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Confident working independently and making quick decisions.
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
*Experience managing or mentoring others, or an interest in stepping into people management.
*Strong Google Workspace, Excel and travel platform experience.
*Workday, corporate card and Jira experience is a bonus.
*Flexibility to occasionally support early morning/evening travel requirements.
