Full job descriptionPROMAN are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a successful fashion and lifestyle business based in Central Manchester.
Ancoats, Manchester (M1)
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
£12.71 per hour
20-37.5 hours per week
The RoleAs part of the customer service team, you will:
*Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
*Provide timely and professional support
*Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions
*Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
*Complete a variety of administration duties
*Work across different platforms and internal systems
About YouWe’re keen to hear from candidates who:
*Have previous customer service experience
*Communicate confidently and professionally
*Are organised and comfortable with administrative work
*Possess good computer skills and can navigate multiple systems
*Can adapt to changing business demands and workloads
Working Pattern*Monday to Friday
*Between 8:00am and 5:00pm
*Minimum 20 hours per week
*Typical working week of 37.5 hours
*Flexibility required to support business needs
