The successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor will provide expert advice across residential mortgages, buy-to-let, remortgages and protection products.
You’ll work closely with clients throughout the process, identifying their requirements, providing suitable recommendations and developing new business through leads, referrals and cross-selling.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor:
*Provide professional mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
*Manage clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion
*Assess clients’ financial circumstances and identify suitable mortgage solutions
*Advise on residential, buy-to-let and remortgage products
*Identify opportunities to introduce relevant protection and other financial products
*Build strong client relationships and generate additional business through referrals and cross-selling
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification
*Current or recent experience working as a Mortgage Adviser
*Thorough knowledge of the residential mortgage and buy-to-let sectors
*CAS essential
*Proven track record in providing mortgage advice
*Confident with cross-selling protection and associated financial products
*Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
