Location: Hethel, Norwich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am – 4:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE / £14.24 per hour PAYE Advanced
Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Picker Packers on behalf of our client based in Hethel.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and friendly warehouse team within a fast-paced operation. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring products are prepared to a high standard and ready for dispatch.


Duties will include:
*Picking customer orders accurately from order sheets
*Packing orders ready for dispatch
*Checking products and orders for accuracy
*Working to daily targets and deadlines
*Handling products and carrying out manual tasks
*Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
*Following all health and safety procedures
*Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time
*Other general warehouse duties as required
*Heavy Lifting
What we’re looking for:
*Reliable and punctual
*Good attention to detail
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Able to follow instructions and work to targets
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
*Comfortable with manual handling
*Own transport is essential due to the location
Pay:
*£12.71 per hour PAYE
*£14.24 per hour PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*6:45am – 4:00pm
*No weekend working
