Location: Warrington - Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)
Salary: £50k - £56k 20 month FTC
I am looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR projects across complex business change and growth.
This is a hands-on HR project delivery role, ideal for someone with proven experience delivering people change, particularly within a unionised environment.
What You’ll Do
*Lead HR workstreams from project initiation through to completion.
*Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices and new ways of working.
*Lead employee consultation and build effective relationships with trade unions and key stakeholders.
*Work closely with HR specialists including Reward, L&D and HRBPs to deliver successful outcomes.
*Provide expert guidance on complex people matters.
*Ensure projects comply with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
What I am Looking For
*Proven experience delivering HR/People projects, including TUPE, restructures, reward and terms & conditions.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Experience working in a unionised environment.
*Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
*Strong project management and organisational skills.
*CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
