Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Community Learning Disability Team in Salford Council.
We are seeking an Agency Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join our dedicated Community Learning Disability Team. You will provide expert social work support to adults with learning disabilities, champion person-centred practice, manage complex cases, and support the development of excellent professional standards across the team.
We are looking for a motivated practitioner with strong assessment, safeguarding, and partnership-working skills, who is committed to promoting independence, choice and positive outcomes for individuals and their families.
