Salary: Up to £38,830 DOE
Location: Home-based with occasional travel
Hours: 37 per week (Part-time applicants considered, minimum 25 hours)
About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a highly regarded organisation that is currently going through an exciting period of transformation and change. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser to join a supportive People team and play a key role in delivering people-focused projects, recruitment initiatives, organisational change and employee relations support.
This role offers a varied workload, combining strategic change management activity with hands-on operational HR support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both project work and day-to-day HR delivery.
The Role
Working closely with the People Services Business Partner, you’ll support a range of people initiatives across the organisation, including:
*Supporting organisational change programmes, restructures and changes to terms and conditions
*Assisting with merger and transformation activities
*Planning and managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
*Coordinating interviews, candidate management and offer processes
*Producing employment contracts and associated documentation
*Developing and maintaining HR dashboards and management information reports
*Supporting managers with HR best practice and policy guidance
*Providing advice on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases where required
*Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business
*Ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently and compliantly
*Supporting wider People projects and initiatives as required
About You
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who is confident working autonomously and can quickly establish credibility with stakeholders.
You’ll ideally have:
*CIPD qualification or be working towards qualification
*Previous experience in a HR Adviser or equivalent generalist HR role
*Strong experience of change management, restructures and organisational transformation
*Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
*Experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
*Exposure to employee relations casework
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Confidence to challenge constructively and guide managers through people-related decisions
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*Experience using HR systems and producing management information reports
*A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support both strategic projects and operational HR administration
