Full job descriptionA well-established and growing organisation based in Maidstone is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join its busy HR team. The RoleAs HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR records, systems and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the HR team and wider business, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations administration and HR compliance activities.
This position would suit a proactive individual with strong administration skills and previous experience within a HR or office support environment.
Key Responsibilities• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Process changes to employee details, including promotions, salary reviews and contractual amendments
• Assist with absence management administration and reporting
• Support the HR team with compliance, policy updates and audit requirements
• Respond to employee queries and provide first-line HR administrative support
Skills & Experience Required• Previous experience in a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of HR processes and employment documentation
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
