Full job descriptionProduction Operative – Seasonal (Petworth / Pulborough)
Contract: Full-time, temporary (approx. 2–3 weeks from mid-September)
Pay: £15.50/hour (day) | £17.00/hour (night)
Weekly hours: 45
Locations: Petworth or Pulborough – own transport essential
We’re recruiting for our client’s busy food-processing site during peak harvest. You’ll help keep production running smoothly by handling crates, moving and weighing fruit pallets, cleaning the press-loading line, washing pallets and carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping duties. Work is both indoors and outdoors in all weather.
We’re looking for reliable, physically fit people with a positive attitude, good attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. You must be comfortable with manual work, long periods on your feet, and flexible with shifts.
Shifts & pay
*Day: 10:00–20:30 – £15.50/hour
*Night: 20:30–06:00 – £17.00/hour
Additional overtime may be available.
