The Role


As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analysing sales trends, forecasting future demand, and collaborating with multiple departments to optimise inventory levels and supply chain performance.


Key responsibilities include:
*Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
*Monitoring forecast accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
*Managing stock levels to reduce shortages and excess inventory.
*Analysing product performance and seasonal demand patterns.
*Producing regular planning and forecasting reports for key stakeholders.
*Identifying risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.


What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in a Demand Planner, Supply Planner, Forecast Analyst, or similar role.
*Strong analytical and numerical skills.
*Experience working with forecasting and inventory management systems.
*Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environments is advantageous.
