Full job descriptionGemini People are currently recruiting Full-Time Warehouse Operatives for a prestigious company based near Hinckley, Leicestershire, close to the M69.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment, with work expected to continue well into 2027 and a view to a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, attendance, reliability and commitment.
Immediate starts are available, and successful candidates will be invited to attend an induction before starting work.
Working HoursCandidates must be available to work 4–5 days out of 7, including weekends where required.
Typical shift times:
Start: 16:00 / 19:00
Finish: Approximately 03:00 / 04:00
Please note that shift start and finish times may vary slightly depending on operational requirements.
Pay*£12.71 per hour
*Increasing to £15.01 per hour after 12 weeks
About YouWe are looking for candidates who are:
*Reliable and punctual
*Hard-working and committed
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*Able to work as part of a team
*Flexible regarding working days
*Available to work 4–5 days out of 7
*Interested in long-term employment
*Able to maintain good attendance
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Requirements*Own transport is required due to the location and shift times
*All candidates will be required to complete a DBS Check as part of the recruitment process
*Must be able to commit to 4–5 shifts out of 7
*Must be able to work night shifts and finish approximately 03:00–04:00
