Full job descriptionMorgan Hunt are looking for qualified Electricians to join a Maintenance team within a large a housing association within Brighton. The role involves working across a range of residential properties, including void (empty) homes and tenanted properties, delivering high-quality electrical and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out all aspects of electrical work, including installation, testing, inspection, and fault finding
*Complete electrical works in void properties to prepare them for new tenants
*Undertake responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied homes
*Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
*Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
*Complete certification and maintain accurate records of all work carried out
*Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in tenanted properties
Requirements*Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
*Experience in domestic maintenance, ideally within social housing
*Testing and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Good communication and customer service skills
