Reed Business Support are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join a busy HR team, providing expert guidance and support across a wide range of employee relations matters.

The Role
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and advising on a broad range of ER cases while supporting managers with practical, commercially focused HR solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management cases from start to finish.
*Providing advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues and employment legislation.
*Supporting investigations, hearings and appeals.
*Advising on performance management and employee wellbeing matters.
*Assisting with policy interpretation and implementation.
*Ensuring all casework is managed in line with company procedures and employment law.
*Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
*Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
*Experience managing complex ER cases independently.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
*CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
