Salary: £100 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Days: Flexible
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school on a flexible basis. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential. It is committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour, learning and personal development. Staff work collaboratively to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for students. The school values respect, responsibility and strong relationships between staff and pupils. It offers a structured environment where cover supervisors can make a valuable contribution to students’ learning and day-to-day school experience.
We Are Looking For
*Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*A calm, confident and professional approach.
*Reliability and flexibility.
*The ability to follow lesson plans and school procedures.
*A genuine commitment to supporting young people.

The pay rate for this position is £100 per day, based on working from 8:30am to 3:30pm. The role involves supervising secondary school classes when the regular teacher is unavailable. You will be expected to deliver the work and instructions provided by the teacher, ensure students remain on task, and maintain good classroom behaviour.
