No previous recruitment experience is required. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and hands-on support from experienced consultants from day one.

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise within the finance market, developing an in-depth understanding of your chosen sector while building relationships with both candidates and clients.


Your responsibilities will include:
*Researching and identifying high-calibre finance professionals
*Headhunting candidates across specialist financial markets
*Building long-term relationships with candidates and senior industry professionals
*Developing partnerships with investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds and financial institutions
*Understanding client hiring requirements and advising on available talent
*Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to successful placement
*Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability
*Using LinkedIn, networking, market research, advertising and direct outreach to source talent
*Guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process
*Developing your negotiation, influencing and business development skills
*Learning how to negotiate and close high-value recruitment deals
*Building your own network and reputation within the financial services market
*Working towards individual revenue and performance targets

*2024 graduates with commercial, sales or customer-facing experience
*2025 graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
*2026 graduates on track for a 2:1 or above

*Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection

Previous recruitment, sales or cold-calling experience is advantageous but not essential.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate competitiveness through sport, leadership, university societies, entrepreneurial projects or other extracurricular achievements.
