Full job descriptionAre you an experienced HR professional with a strong employee relations background and a passion for supporting managers?
We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert guidance on absence management, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters, helping managers build confidence and capability in managing people issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of absence and employee relations cases.
*Coach and advise managers on people-related matters and policy application.
*Analyse absence trends and recommend solutions to improve attendance.
*Support formal investigations, hearings and appeals.
*Deliver training to managers on employee relations topics.
*Contribute to HR policy and process improvements.
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
About You
*Experience in an HR Advisor or Employee Relations role.
*Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practice.
*Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to manage a varied caseload and competing priorities.
*CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
