Job Description:
Full job descriptionAn established company are currently looking for an Project Manager. The Project Manager role involves manage the delivery of projects within an agreed timescale.
*Up to £70,000
*Office based with travel into London to attend site
Project Manager duties:
*Manage delivery of projects within an agreed budget and timeframe to maximise profit.
*To manage all regulations with the project
*Manage sub-contractors to ensure compliancy
*Ensuring all projects adhere to policies and processes
*Supporting the sales pipeline by developing customer relationships
*Assisting in Business Development
*Provide financial review and forecast to the Managing Director and Financial Controller
Project Manager skills/competencies:
*Mechanical HVAC experience within commercial environments.
*Experience in delivering multiple M&E projects at the same time
*Be accessible to Dartford and also London and home counties
*Flexible on travel and working hours
*Good communication and IT skills
*A team player
*Able to work under pressure and capable of delivering to strict deadlines.
