The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll help customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver outstanding customer service.
*Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
*Prepare quotations and vehicle proposals.
*Explain finance, insurance and aftersales products compliantly.
*Manage customer enquiries and follow-up activity.
*Negotiate and agree sales solutions.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team success.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A passion for customer service.
*Drive and motivation to achieve targets.
*Strong organisation and time management skills.
*A positive and proactive approach.
*A full UK driving licence.
Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
