Senior Associate | North Wiltshire | Hybrid
An established Legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its real estate team with the appointment of an experienced Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor. The Opportunity
You will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a diverse client base while playing an important role within the wider real estate team.
Your role will include:
*Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions and advisory work
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
*Supporting and supervising junior members of the team
*Contributing to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department
Experience needed:
*6+ years’ PQE in commercial property
*Strong technical knowledge across commercial real estate
*Experience handling matters with a high degree of autonomy
*A client-focused approach with the confidence to develop relationships and generate work
*An interest in supporting and mentoring less experienced lawyers
