Salary: £27,000 per annum | Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join an established and growing engineering business.
This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for identifying and supplying parts, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders, while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle parts enquiries via telephone and email.
*Identify the correct parts using catalogues and technical information.
*Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
*Follow up quotations and maximise sales opportunities.
*Provide excellent customer service and support the wider Parts team.
About You:
*Previous experience in a parts, sales or customer service role is preferred.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
*Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
*Technical/engineering knowledge would be advantageous.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
