Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

An established and expanding precision engineering company is seeking an experienced and motivated CAD/CAM Programmer, Setter & Operator to join its skilled manufacturing team.

The Role
* Programming 5-axis CNC machines using hyperMILL CAD/CAM software
* Setting and operating CNC machinery
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Selecting appropriate tooling and machining strategies
* Producing precision components to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
* Carrying out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
* Troubleshooting machining issues and implementing process improvements
* Optimising machining processes and cycle times
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a CAD/CAM programming role
* Strong CNC setting and operating experience
* The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Good knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
