A global financial services firm requires an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to their CEO and CFO while overseeing the administration function.
Key Responsibilities*Provide high-level PA support to the CEO and CFO, including complex diary management, travel, expenses, calls and meeting preparation.
*Coordinate quarterly Board meetings and maintain effective communication across global offices.
*Manage and support the receptionist, including day-to-day oversight and annual appraisals.
*Support global office requirements, including systems and equipment.
*Lead and support ad hoc projects, including office relocations and moves.
Skills and Experience*Proven experience as a PA/Executive Assistant at C-Suite level.
*Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine can-do attitude.
*Resilient and confident working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
*A collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
