We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support C-Suite within a growing technology business.

What you’ll do:
*Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and priorities for the senior leadership team.
*Act on behalf of C-Suite where required, using appropriate judgement and discretion.
*Coordinate internal and external meetings, working closely with senior stakeholders and other EAs.
*Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and board materials.
*Arrange travel and expenses.
*Coordinate leadership and company-wide meetings.
*Support board, leadership and wider business projects.
*Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
*Provide office management cover and wider administrative support when required.
*Streamline processes and improve efficiency.
*Help arrange company events.

Who you are:
*Previous EA experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership team.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident managing complex diaries for senior stakeholders.
*Manage competing priorities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills.
*Comfortable adopting new digital and AI tools.
*Proactive and solutions focused.
*Experience with minute taking.
*Discreet and trusted with confidential information.
*Experience within a fast-growing, technology or financial services business is advantageous.
