Description
*Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
*Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
*Handle queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data management.
*Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
*Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure processes align with them.
*Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
*Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
Profile
A successful Payroll Clerk should have:
*Experience in payroll processing within a professional setting.
*A good understanding of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
*Effective communication skills for managing employee queries.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is vital for this role.
Job Offer
