Full job descriptionOur client, based in Ellesmere Port, is currently recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator on a 3 month temporary contract, which may go longer. This is a hybrid position with travel to the office required 3 days per week.
The position is due to start immediately and our client proudly offers a four day working week (34 hours, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm). The hourly rate for this position is c.£20 - £23 via an umbrella company.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Holding individual responsibility for processing monthly payroll for 350 staff
*Ensuring timely and accurate payment and responding to any pay related queries
*Processing starters and leavers as well as statutory pay/deductions
*Reconciling payroll to ensure conistent accuracy
*Responding to and resolving pension related queries
*Supporting with the production of process notes
Experience required:
*Experience with end to end payroll processing, ideally in a standalone setting
*Experience handling payroll and pension related queries
Working hours:
*34 hours per week
*Monday – Thursday, 8am-5pm
