We are looking for a proactive and motivated Voids Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused voids service across their homes.

You will be based across their South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton

As the Voids Supervisor , if you have a strong track record of managing a team of tradesmen and social housing experience, I want to speak to you!

Voids Supervisor duties:
*Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
*Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
*Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
*Monitor productivity, performance and service targets, taking corrective action where required.
*Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
*Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.
To succeed as the Voids Supervisor, you need:
*Experience supervising voids, repairs or construction-related teams.
*Strong knowledge of voids and property maintenance.
*Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
*Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
*Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.
*Excellent people skills
This role is offering a salary of £45,000-£48,000
