Location: Central London/Covent Garden (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Temporary until the end of 2026
Working Pattern: 4 days in the office (Monday to Thursday), 1 day working from home


About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented O2C Coordinator to join a high-performing finance team on a temporary contract through to the end of 2026.


This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced commercial environment, supporting the end-to-end Order to Cash process and partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and operational teams. You’ll play a key role in helping the business achieve its cash collection objectives while building strong relationships with a broad customer base.


The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with stakeholders, and passionate about delivering excellent service and financial accuracy.


Key Responsibilities
*Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
*Identify, monitor, investigate, and resolve overdue and delinquent accounts.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support effective collections.
*Work closely with Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Sales teams to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
*Coordinate adjustments relating to discounts, contract amendments, campaign changes, and customer revisions.
*Maintain accurate records of customer communications and collection activity.
*Monitor and update outstanding accounts within Workday.
*Support the application of customer cash remittances.
*Assist with accounts receivable processes and transaction postings.
*Collaborate with offshore finance teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing.


About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
*Previous experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Order to Cash, or a similar finance function.
*Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*The ability to investigate and resolve account queries efficiently.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Experience using finance systems, ideally Workday, although this is not essential.
*A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
*Good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
