We’re recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent looking to develop their sales career within a supportive and professional environment.
You’ll be joining a fantastic team where you’ll have the opportunity to build your local market knowledge, develop your sales skills and progress your career through ongoing mentoring and support.
The Role
As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register and qualify prospective buyers
*Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
*Conduct accompanied property viewings
*Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
*Generate new valuation opportunities for the branch
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Develop strong knowledge of the local property market
*Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch
Junior Sales Negotiator requirements:
*Previous estate agency experience
*Knowledge of the local property market
*Full UK driving licence
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
*Confident and professional approach when dealing with buyers and sellers
*Ambitious and motivated to develop a career within property sales
