Preston | £14.80 per hour | Temporary (Approx. 3 Months)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
An established and growing business operating within the property maintenance, repairs and contractor management sector is looking to recruit an Administrator to support the ongoing development of its contractor network.
This office-based role will involve managing contractor records, obtaining and updating documentation, confirming trade specialisms and coverage areas, and identifying new contractors to join the network.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintaining and updating contractor records and documentation.
*Contacting contractors to verify accreditations, trades and geographical coverage.
*Researching and onboarding new contractors.
*Updating internal systems and databases.
*Building relationships with contractors via phone and email.
*Providing general administrative support to the maintenance team.
About You
*Previous administration experience.
*Confident telephone manner.
*Strong IT and organisational skills.
*Able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
*Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
