Location: Berkshire, hybrid working with two days per week in the office
Rate: £650 per day
Contract: Temporary assignment, initially 3 to 12 months
Reporting to: Enterprise Applications Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Housing Applications and Systems Support Analyst to maintain, support and improve a local authority’s housing applications estate.
The role will focus primarily on the NEC Integrated Housing Management System and associated housing applications. You will provide hands-on application support, maintain system stability and data integrity, coordinate upgrades and act as the main link between Housing Services, Digital and Technology teams and external suppliers.
Essential Experience*Strong experience supporting NEC Housing applications.
*Experience working with the NEC Integrated Housing Management System.
*Strong application support or systems support background.
*Knowledge of housing management processes within local government or social housing.
*Experience managing incidents, problems, changes and releases.
*Experience coordinating application testing, upgrades and deployments.
*Strong supplier and vendor management experience.
*Experience supporting data quality, reporting and information governance.
*Experience working across technical, operational and business teams.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Experience supporting business change and service improvement.
*Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity.
*Ability to work independently and resolve complex application issues.
