Full job descriptionRole: Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancer
Hybrid working: Yes up to 3 possibly 4 days’ work from home at clients discretion
Conveyancer role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated property lawyer to join our client’s office based in North London. If you are a confident, friendly and approachable conveyancer with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
The right candidate will have:
*At least 2 years’ solid experience of residential conveyancing fee earning
*Handling broad range of residential conveyancing files,
*Great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
*Good organisational, time management and IT skills
*Excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
Duties
*Managing residential files like
*Freehold (sales/Purchases)
*Leasehold (sales/Purchases)
*Transfer of equity
