Salary: £30,000 Basic + 6 Month Guarantee of £36,000 + Realistic OTE £45,000


We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to lead our clients successful Residential Sales branch based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to take ownership of branch performance, develop a high-performing team, and drive business growth within the local market.


Key Responsibilities
*Lead, motivate and develop a successful sales team
*Drive branch revenue, profitability and market share
*Win new instructions and grow sales performance
*Conduct market appraisals and support business generation
*Oversee sales progression and pipeline management
*Deliver exceptional customer service and client experience
*Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
*Build strong relationships within the local community and business network


What We’re Looking For
*Previous estate agency management experience
*Strong leadership and coaching skills
*Proven track record of winning instructions and achieving targets
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Commercially minded with a passion for delivering results
*Professional, customer-focused and highly motivated
