Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a friendly and established property company based in Battersea, who are looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is a varied role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
Duties will include:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties
*Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
*Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
*Obtaining quotes and following works through to completion
*Managing tenancy-related queries and resolving issues
*Keeping property records and systems up to date
*Providing excellent customer service throughout
To be successful, you will have:
*Previous experience within property management, lettings or residential property
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload
*A proactive approach and confidence taking ownership of issues
*Good IT and administration skills
*A friendly and professional approach
