Full job description***DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL - INTERNATIONAL BANK*** The London-branch of a leading retail and commercial bank require a senior-level generalist to work closely with their SMF16/17.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL
*Review and update Compliance policies
*Assess the commercial impact of new regulations
*Assist with the preparation and delivery of training
*Develop AML policies and run the Compliance Monitoring Programme
*Advise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
*Conduct thematic reviews
*Review financial promotions
*Provide legal advice, assist with litigation issues and review/negotiate legal agreements.
QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL
You will have 5- 8 years’ Compliance experience gained within retail/commercial banking.
Salary: Up to £100K plus bonus and benefits. Please contact me for more details.
