Start Date: ASAP
Daily Rate: £100 - £130 (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time | 8:30am - 3:45pm
Contract: Long-term

Do you have the empathy, patience, and resilience to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
Remedy Education is working with a welcoming and creative SEMH primary school in Enfield that’s looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to help children overcome barriers, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive learning environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:*Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
*Supporting students with Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs)
*Using a calm, child-centred approach to manage challenging behaviour
*Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience
*Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and the pastoral team
*Tracking pupil progress and contributing to behaviour reports
What We’re Looking For:*Experience in a primary or SEN school setting
*A strong background supporting children with SEMH or behavioural challenges
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A calm, proactive, and empathetic approach
*An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
