Full job descriptionAn experienced HR professional is required to support organisational change, transformation and workforce initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing commercially focused HR advice, analysing people data, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting HR projects, organisational change and workforce planning.
*Providing expert HR advice across employee relations, performance and people development.
*Using data and analysis to support business decisions.
*Identifying and improving HR processes, policies and ways of working.
*Managing multiple priorities and delivering projects to tight deadlines.
*Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and challenging existing practices where appropriate.
Key requirements: Commercial HR experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management experience, excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, and a sound understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
