Full job descriptionSellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a well-regarded local authority based in Surrey, to recruit a Locum Property Lawyer.
About the Locum Property Lawyer role:
Start as soon as possible
Can consider full or part time hours, will consider a minimum of 25 hours per week
Once a week office attendance- based in Surrey
Commercial property matters (Wayleaves, Easements, Leases, Lease renewals, Management Work, Disposal etc), Open Spaces, community assets
££ negotiable DOE
This role will be contracted on a 3-month rolling basis, with potential for further extension. The right candidate will have previous experience in commercial property law, and ideally have worked in a local authority setting previously.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales with significant post-qualification experience.
