Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Administrator to join a global medical devices company in Maidenhead You will play a vital role in supporting marketing, administrative, and operational success.

Responsibilities:
*Manage marketing collateral printing, translations, and Veeva approval submissions.
*Build and maintain a database of approved printing partners.
*Support social media activities and field team processes, including PER requests and device replacements.
*Oversee GPAS, Concur, and Xiam administrative workflows.
*Ensure the security of company equipment, maintain confidentiality, and manage domestic and international travel requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Strong proficiency in GPAS, Concur, and Xiam processes.
*Experience supporting commercial teams with Professional Service Agreements (PSA).
*Proven ability to maintain and develop SharePoint portals.
*High attention to detail regarding compliance and document approval.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies.

What We Offer:
*Location: Maidenhead
*Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, based on experience
*Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Contract Type: 15-Month Fixed-Term Contract
