Site Based: Commutable from Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, Clevedon, Bristol and Surrounding Areas

Are you a Production Operator, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Head Operator or similar from any production background, looking for the rare opportunity to be part of the start of an ambitious project within a business who are looking to quadruple their production line whilst receiving excellent training through further courses with a great work-life balance on top of this?

On offer is the rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing department with full training into the industry as well as further qualifications and a great work-life balance, in this Days-Based Monday-Friday role with an Early finish on the Friday.

This company have been established for over 5 decades and are technical experts in their field, known for being a great place to work through their excellent staff retention and the investment into their engineers. Due to plans of quadrupling the scale of their production line, they are now looking to bring in the next generation of leaders into the business.

On offer is the rare opportunity for someone to take the next leap in their career within a rapidly expanding team where once upskilled, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained, reducing wastage and minimising loss, managing the team to maximise performance amongst other duties in this varied role.

This role would suit a Production Operator, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Head Operator or similar from any production background looking to be part of a massive project, allowing them to take the next step up in their career.

The Role:
*Monday-Friday, Days Based
* Ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained, reducing wastage and minimising loss, managing the team to maximise performance amongst other duties in this varied role
*37.5 Hours a week with premium overtime opportunities

The Candidate:
*Production Operator, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Head Operator or similar from any production background
*Looking to be part of a massive expansion project
*Looking for further training and development
