Location: Normanton
Pay: £14.75 per hour basic
Hours: 08:00–16:00

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a FLT Pivot Steer licence (for Flexi/Bendi FLT trucks). As an FLT Driver you will join a busy operation in Normanton.
This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, manual handling, order picking, stock control and Bendi/Flexi FLT driving. You’ll need to be comfortable with physical work and confident working accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Must Haves
Valid, in-date Bendi/Flexi FLT licence (Pivot Steer licence)
Previous warehouse and order-picking experience
Proven putaway experience
Stock control and packing list experience
Experience using WMS tablets and RF scanners
Experience operating powered pallet trucks (PPT)
Physically fit and comfortable with demanding manual work
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative / Bendi FLT Driver, you will:
Destuff containers and manually handle goods
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
Complete pallet putaway and stock movements
Maintain accurate stock control records
Prepare and check packing lists
Use WMS tablets and RF scanners
Operate Bendi/Flexi trucks and PPT equipment safely
Follow warehouse safety procedures and instructions
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised

You’ll be reliable, punctual and a strong team player with a real focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.
