Salary: £25,000 Basic | OTE £52,000+ (Uncapped) + Company Car
Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established dealership in Llandudno to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in both new and used vehicle sales within a modern dealership environment.
The RoleAs a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
*Selling both new and used vehicles
*Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
*Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
*Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
*Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
*Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner
*Working as part of a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction and continued success
What’s on Offer*£25,000 basic salary
*Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
*Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle

Working Hours*Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Every other Saturday off
*Every Sunday off
*Plus one weekday off every week
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
*Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a main dealership
*A strong track record of achieving sales targets
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*A confident and professional approach
*A highly motivated and driven attitude
*The ability to build strong customer relationships
*A full UK driving licence
