Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an established used car dealership in Wirral.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson looking for excellent earning potential, a company car and a great work-life balance.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
*Selling quality used vehicles
*Managing customer enquiries and appointments
*Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
*Maximising every sales opportunity
*Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
*Maximising profit per vehicle
*Appraising part-exchange vehicles
*Presenting finance and additional products
*Building strong relationships and generating repeat/referral business
*Following up customers and enquiries
What’s on Offer*£25,000 basic salary

Working HoursMonday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
3-week rolling rota:
*Week 1: Sunday off
*Week 2: 1 weekday off + Sunday off
*Week 3:Saturday & Sunday off
Every Sunday off + a full weekend off every 3 weeks.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
*Experienced in automotive sales
*Ideally experienced within a used car or main dealership
*Target-driven and commercially focused
*Confident and professional with customers
*Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
*Motivated by achieving strong earnings
*A full UK driving licence holder
