Our client is a well-established and highly regarded high street law firm with a reputation for providing excellent client service within a friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury lawyer to join a growing team that genuinely values its people and offers clear opportunities for long-term career progression and development.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload, predominantly consisting of non-motor personal injury matters, including:
*Employers’ Liability (EL)
*Public Liability (PL)
*Highways Act claims
*Product Liability claims
*Other non-motor personal injury matters
Whilst there will be some higher-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, previous RTA experience is not essential for this position.
The caseload will involve dealing with claim values ranging from lower-value Fast Track cases through to substantial Multi-Track litigation.
The firm provides ongoing supervision and support, but the successful candidate will be expected to handle routine matters with a high degree of autonomy while contributing positively to the wider team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
*Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earners..
*Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a predominantly non-motor personal injury caseload.
*Have a proven track record of working towards and achieving performance targets.
*Be keen to play an active role within a collaborative non-motor claims team.
*Have a willingness to support the development of junior colleagues, including assisting with training and providing guidance on less complex matters where appropriate.
