This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact Quantitative Operations function within a well-established healthcare insights and market research business. You will lead a sizeable team, oversee a significant project portfolio, and play a key role in shaping operational strategy, delivery excellence, and future growth.

The Role
You will:
*Lead the Quantitative Operations function, ensuring high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.

*Manage and develop a team of Quantitative Operations and Project Management professionals, supporting performance, engagement, and succession planning.

*Oversee resource allocation, project planning, utilisation, and operational performance across a substantial project portfolio.

*Drive process improvement initiatives, best practice adoption, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

*Act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business.

*Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and leadership teams to support departmental growth and strategic planning.

*Lead training, mentoring, and capability development initiatives across the function.

Your Skills & Experience
You will have:
*Strong experience within Quantitative Research Operations, market research operations, or healthcare insights delivery.

*A background in healthcare, pharmaceutical research, healthcare market research, or a closely related environment.

*Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams, projects, budgets, and operational performance.

*Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.

*Strong organisational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

*The ability to balance operational excellence with commercial performance and profitability.

*Ambition to operate at Director level, whether already in a senior leadership role or ready to take the next step in your career.
