Full job descriptionAn experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant is required for a medium sized accountancy practice based in Blackpool which is expanding their business with continual growth of their client base.
The role will involve bookkeeping for a large variety of clients ranging from sole traders to medium sized companies from different industrial sectors throughout the north west area. Besides bookkeeping you will be involved with payroll, tax computations and some accounts preparations as the business requires. Additionally, you will be main contact for many of the clients, aiding and dealing with their queries. The position will be interesting and varied as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients and organisations.
You should be an experienced bookkeeper or accountants preferably with previous experience of working within an accountancy practice or consultancy business. Additionally, you should be professional in dealing with clients, an excellent communicator compiled with good organisation skills and the ability to do accounts to trial balance.
