Description
*Manage and oversee daily financial operations and processes.
*Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
*Monitor budgets and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
*Support month-end and year-end close processes.
*Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
*Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
Profile
A successful Finance Controller must have:
*Strong experience in accounting and financial management, particularly in the property industry.
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (ACCA,ACA,CIMA)
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards.
*Proficiency in financial software and systems.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of £500 to £550, dependent on the level of experience.
