You’ll lead the service, develop your team, drive high standards and ensure your clients receive outstanding, person-centred care.
We’re looking for:
*Experienced Registered Manager or senior adult social care leader
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (preferred)
*Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality standards
*Excellent leadership and people-management skills
*Full UK driving licence
