In the heart of Bexley, a fantastic SEN School are on the hunt for multiple Unqualified Teaching Assistants (Level 3) for ASAP starts.
What shall you be doing as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant (Level 3)?
*Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
*Support pupils with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
*Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom.
*Support personal care and daily routines where required.
*Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and engagement.
*Build trusting and positive relationships with pupils.
*Work closely with teachers and wider SEN professionals.

*Excellent support from experienced teaching and SEN staff
*Specialist training and professional development provided
*Opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a specialist SEN setting
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
*Previous experience supporting children and young people with SEN is highly desirable.
*Experience working with pupils with Autism or complex additional needs would be an advantage.
*A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with additional needs.
*A patient, nurturing and empathetic approach.
*Flexible, initiative-driven and responsive to individual needs.
