To support our expanding national operations, we are urgently seeking ambitious, communicative, and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our fully remote recruitment services team.
No prior recruitment experience is required—we provide full paid training and supply all essential hardware (including a high-performance company laptop and professional USB headset) to guarantee your success from day one!
Key Responsibilities:
*Source, screen, and engage candidate profiles via phone, email, and live chat for client vacancies.
*Assist prospective candidates through the application, interview scheduling, and onboarding process.
*Build and maintain strong candidate profiles, notes, and placement logs within our CRM database.
*Communicate professionally with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with suitable roles.
*Escalate complex recruitment queries to senior recruitment leads when necessary.
*Collaborate with remote team members to hit individual and team placement targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements:
*No previous recruitment experience required; customer service, call center, sales, or retail experience is a plus!
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
*Target-driven, motivated, and eager to build a career in professional recruitment.
*Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating recruitment software and office tools.
*A quiet, distraction-free home office setup with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
*Eligible to work remotely within the UK.
