Full job descriptionDevOps Architect - Insurance
We are recruiting for a DevOps Architect with DevSecOps experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.
Inside IR35, Hybrid
Experience
*Typically 10+ years’ experience across DevOps Architecture
*Demonstrable experience defining enterprise DevOps or Platform Engineering strategies.
*Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud engineering, and automation.
*Experience leading engineering transformation initiatives.
*Experience designing modern cloud-native delivery platforms.
*Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience.
*Strong understanding of software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and operational delivery models.
*Previous experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect.
*Cloud architecture certifications.
*Kubernetes and container platform certifications.
*Experience implementing DORA metrics, Value Stream Management, or Flow Metrics.
*Experience with AI-enabled engineering platforms and Agentic SDLC capabilities.
*Experience within a regulated financial services environment.
